Virtual Wine Tastings
A virtual wine tasting on Dec. 18 at 7 p.m. will raise money for Project Most, which offers programming for East Hampton and Springs students. The cost is $75 per household and includes two bottles of wine (one white, one red) that will be delivered to participants, plus an hour-long Zoom class led by Melissa Principi and Michelle Waters, certified sommeliers.

Wolffer Estate Vineyard is offering private virtual wine tasting packages that include three bottles of wine. A tasting of the winery's red varietals costs $150, the chardonnays tasting costs $165, and a mix of sparkling rose, chardonnay, and merlot costs $175. Reservations are by visiting the winery's website. 

Fish and Farmers Markets
The East End Food Institute in Southampton has launched a year-round online farmer's market that offers local produce, dairy products, breads, pantry items, prepared foods, beverages, and more for pickup or delivery. Orders must be placed by noon on Thursdays for pickup on Saturdays between 9 a.m. and noon at the institute. Delivery is free with a minimum $100 purchase, otherwise the cost varies by ZIP code. The market can be found online at eastendfood.org.

Gosman's Fish Market in Montauk, which usually closes for the season in early October, will remain open Thursday through Monday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Jan. 3. 

Bridgehampton Inn
The December dinner menu at the Bridgehampton Inn features a choice of small or large plates of entrees such as Brussels sprouts risotto for $29 or $39, pan-seared scallops with a coconut curry cauliflower puree for $29 or $39, and grilled lamb chops with white bean puree, pomegranate, and arugula for $34 or $44. A $35 two-course or $40 three-course prix fixe special will be available from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. The entrees offered are chicken meatball stroganoff, spicy crab spaghetti, and a hamburger with marbled blue cheese, bacon bourbon jam, and fries. The restaurant will also have a $95 three-course prix fixe special: The entrees offered are filet mignon, salmon with crispy skin, and Brussels sprouts risotto. 

Mexican-Accented Brunch
Starting Saturday, Coche Comedor in Amagansett will offer weekend brunch from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The menu includes tortillas with eggs, salsa verde, pickled onions, and queso fresco, cornmeal pancakes with a tres leches sauce, fresh cream, and berry jam, and chicken or cheese enchiladas. The menu is available for indoor and outdoor dining, and takeout.
