The Choral Society of the Hamptons will bring "A Touch of Whimsy" to Sag Harbor's Bay Street Theater on Sunday afternoon at 5:30. The program will feature Samuel Barber’s "Sure on This Shining Night," Randall Thompson’s "Americana," Eric Whitacre’s "Animal Crackers Vol. I & II," selections from Irving Fine’s "Alice in Wonderland," and Gilbert & Sullivan compositions.

David M. Brandenburg, a composer, sound designer, and music director who is a frequent guest conductor for the choral society, will be on the podium. The chorus will be joined by the soloists Barbara Fusco-Spera and Dominic Inferrera and accompanied by the pianists Christine Cadarette and Jonathan Howe.

Tickets are $35, $10 for students, and $75 for preferred seating.

Self Provisions, a storefront attached to Cavaniola’s Gourmet Cheese in Sag Harbor, is “always open,” as is proclaimed by an illuminated sign on the wall at the entrance. Two large, brightly lit vending machines dominate the space, with offerings ranging from sea salt crackers and slabs of French butter to jars of caviar and curated gift boxes — and, of course, cheese.
