The seventh annual Hamptons Dog Show is on Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the American Legion Hall in Amagansett, with the East Hampton Lions Club hosting this fund-raiser for the Guide Dog Foundation of Long Island. The public has been invited to take part with pups, and awards will go to best in show, unique breed, and best tricks, with a dog owner look-alike contest and a name-the-guide-dog-puppy competition for ages 5 to 15. There will be food and a cash bar featuring beer, wine, and “Bourbon Bow Wow,” and a photo booth and face painting for children.

Registration for an owner and dog is $45, or $60 with a food ticket, which includes a Nathan’s hot dog or McDonald’s hamburger, a hot pretzel, candy, cookies, and a soft drink. For attendees without a dog but including a food ticket, admission is $25 for adults and $15 for children under 10. Children under 10 without a food ticket will be admitted free.
