Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the people who burglarized a Bridgehampton house in December and made off with a number of items, including a Breguet Marine watch worth thousands of dollars. 

Surveillance video shows four people entering the house on Ocean Road at approximately 5:15 p.m. on Dec. 8. The Swiss timepiece they snatched has a serial number of 5071 and retails for between $15,000 and $35,000. The men’s watch is made of stainless steel, with Roman numerals for the hours.

A 61-year-old Brooklyn man was arrested with a stolen car and metal knuckles, which are considered a weapon, in the 7-Eleven parking lot in Montauk on April 24 at about 9:50 p.m.

Eddie Diaz, 31, was walking a friend’s dog on Pantigo Road last Thursday at 2 a.m. when he tied it to a tree. He then left the area and could not remember where he had tied the dog up. An officer found it in front of 61 Pantigo Road and reunited it with its owner.
