Paid Notice: Franklin Keith Reutershan, born on August 1, 1946 and passed away on May 13, 2025. He was a lifelong resident of East Hampton. 
Keith was the son of the late William “Bill” Reutershan and Ellen Fithian Halsey. He was a 1964 graduate of East Hampton High School and also earned a business degree from Suffolk Community College. He retired as a Senior Court Officer with the New York State Courts in Riverhead. 
Keith was the husband of Diane Reutershan for 60 years; father to Alison Reutershan Strauzer; father-in-law to Charles Strauzer; grandfather to Abigail and Zachary Strauzer and brother to Karen Harden of Lubbock, Texas.
Keith was an avid sports fan especially of baseball. His favorite teams were the NY Mets and the Boston Red Sox. He had a wealth of knowledge of East Hampton history and was an avid reader of history books and newspapers. He enjoyed working in his yard especially planting shrubs and delighted in watching them grow. 
His unique personality will forever remain in the lives of all who knew him.
A memorial service will be held in the near future.
