People seeking Covid-19 vaccines have two new upcoming opportunities at East Hampton Town Hall.

There will be clinics on Monday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. All three vaccines — Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson and Johnson — will be available. The town also plans clinics on Dec. 13, 16, and 20, but appointments are already filled for those dates.

Appointments should be scheduled in advance, and can be made online at COVID19VaccinesTOEH.as.me. The patient registration form and consent form should be completed ahead of time, and people should take with them a photo ID, insurance card, and current vaccination card if applicable. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control website, cdc.gov, can be consulted for questions about vaccine and booster eligibility.
