Natural Wellness Workshop at SoFo

Thu, 06/19/2025 - 10:33

The South Fork Natural History Museum’s Young Environmentalists Society is offering a free wellness workshop inspired by nature and sound for those 10 and older (adults are welcome, too) on Sunday at 10:30 a.m. at the museum in Bridgehampton.

“Participants will explore natural forms through painting while engaging in sound-based practices to access inner stillness and creative flow,” according to an announcement. The leader will be Stephanie Joyce, a visual artist and yoga and meditation teacher.

Registration is required at sofo.org. Yoga mats, water, and comfortable clothing are recommended.
