Coordinating Care for the Elderly and Disabled

Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead will host a free workshop on Wednesday from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. on the topic of planning ahead for the care of the elderly and disabled.

Caregivers can take part both virtually and in-person at Peconic Bay's Caregivers Center multipurpose room. The presenters will be Steven Kramer, an elder law attorney, and Dianne M. Zambori, a registered nurse who coordinates health care programs for the law firm Feldman, Kramer and Monaco, P.C.

"This workshop will focus on empowering caregivers to make informed decisions about asset protection and care decisions," the hospital said in an announcement.
