Town Property Tax Deadline Is Monday

Fri, 01/07/2022 - 11:50

With the first half of property taxes due Monday, East Hampton Town issued a reminder this week that there are several payment options available.

The town tax receiver's office is closed to in-person payments because of Covid-19 (and all town offices are closed Friday due to inclement weather), but tax bills can be paid online, by phone with a service fee added, in-person at Dime Community Bank branches during normal business hours, or by mail-in check that should be postmarked by Monday.

The only in-person payment option currently offered at Town Hall is a mail-slot system through the door of the office at 300 Pantigo Place, suite 106, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Full details on payment options are available on the town tax receiver's website.
