La Fondita in Amagansett is now offering six brunch specials on Saturdays and Sundays.

Brunch at La Fondita

La Fondita in Amagansett will serve brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. starting Saturday. Orders can be placed in person or online at lafondita.net.

The offerings will include a breakfast burrito, which is a flour tortilla filled with eggs scrambled with tomato, onion, and jalapeño and served with Jack cheese, rice, refried beans, and avocado; chilaquiles en salsa verde or salsa roja served with rice, refried beans, queso fresco, crema, onions, and a choice of two fried eggs, grilled chicken, or grilled steak, and huevos rancheros, with two fried eggs, tomato salsa on crispy tortillas served with rice, refried beans, chorizo, and queso fresco.

Other options are huevos divorciados, with two fried eggs, salsa verde and salsa roja on crispy tortillas served with rice, refried beans, and queso fresco; pambazo, a torta dipped in guajillo salsa layered with ham, chorizo, refried beans, lettuce, queso fresco, and crema, with an optional fried egg, and enchiladas with salsa verde or salsa roja, served with rice, refried beans, lettuce, queso fresco, and crema, with a choice of chicken or cheese. The enchiladas are available all day.

Sagtown After Hours

Sagtown Coffee in Sag Harbor, which ordinarily closes at 5 p.m., has a new initiative. Après Sagtown will be open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m.

The menu includes flatbreads, a charcuterie board, grilled cheese, salads, desserts, buttermilk biscuits, papas bravas, Swedish meatballs, and duck leg confit, which can be accompanied by 10 wines by the glass or bottle, three beers, and soft drinks.
