Navy Beach in Montauk will have a complimentary Bloody Mary or Budweiser beer ready for dads on Sunday.

Open Some Wine
Vin Sur Vingt, a group of wine bars in New York City and Washington, D.C., plans to open a new location in Sag Harbor on Tuesday, according to a company representative.

Although the wine bar is new to the area, its parent company, TenEleven Hospitality, may be familiar through its two South Fork Jack's Stir Brew Coffee locations. The company founders have run the coffee brand since 2020, and then merged the two companies last year.

They have managed their wine bars as neighborhood destinations using a rotating list of 250 wines, with some locations offering 50 wines by the glass as well as cocktails.

The menu is French-inspired with charcuterie and small plates, and a selection of entrees at some locations. The Sag Harbor location will be open for lunch and dinner.

Two Hands at Surf Lodge
The Two Hands group of Australian "all-day cafes" is serving a cafe menu at Montauk's Surf Lodge this summer from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday through Monday, and brunch on weekends from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The menu consists of a variety of hot and cold-brewed coffees and teas, juices and smoothies, pastries, avocado toast, eggs, acai bowls, and other items. The brunch menu has a fuller selection of entrees such as waffles, burgers, lobster rolls, and seafood towers.

Father's Day
Montauk's Navy Beach restaurant will mark Father's Day on Sunday by offering a free Budweiser beer or bloody mary to fathers with their meal. The restaurant opens at noon for lunch and will also serve dinner.

The Terrace at the Pridwin on Shelter Island and Baron's Cove in Sag Harbor will also be open on Father's Day and serving lunch and dinner.

The North Fork Table and Inn in Southold will have a barbecue and live fire painting with Franco Cuttica on Saturday. The event, which costs $150, begins with a reception at 5:30 and follows with a three-course dinner at 6 with wine, beer, and a signature cocktail available. Tickets, a number of which have been released since the event first sold out, are available on Resy. A farm-to-table themed Sunday supper on Father's Day has seatings at 5 and 7:30. The family-style dinner features a selection of starters, entrées, and sides with a special weekly hand pie served with house-made ice cream. The price is $75 per person.

Supper Club in Southampton
Jane Hastay, a pianist, and Peter Martin Weiss, a bassist, will invite guest vocalists and musicians to join them at Main Prospect restaurant in Southampton for supper club style evenings on Saturdays from 6 to 9 p.m.

Coming up are Steve Washington for a troubadours and storytellers evening this week, Lee Michel and John Ludlow for a Rosemary Clooney tribute on June 24, and Vanessa Trouble and Jonathan Mele for an exploration of the Peggy Lee songbook on July 1.
