Look for Candied Anchor a little farther west this summer with a new pop-up store at the Clubhouse in East Hampton.

Clubhouse Pops
Candied Anchor has popped up at the Clubhouse in East Hampton. The Montauk sweet shop has set up a branch there for the rest of the summer. Open daily and sharing the same hours as the Clubhouse, the store will offer treats such as gummies candy and chocolate, as well as pinatas. For those in need of a quick gift for a hostess or an occasion, the store has treat boxes ready to go.

In addition to a Friday happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m. the Clubhouse is also offering a Wednesday food and drink special from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. along with half-price games such as mini golf, bowling, and arcade favorites. Club members receive 20 percent off all food and beverage prices.

Ritas to Go
Rita Cantina in Springs now bottles its margaritas to go home or wherever else a margarita makes sense. Although the drinks go in bottles, they can be customized to be spicy and feature all of the flavors available in the restaurant, such as pineapple, mango, passion fruit, hibiscus, watermelon, and cucumber.

Openings
The Springs Tavern and Grill is now open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 5 to 10 p.m. The restaurant on Fort Pond Boulevard, once home to Wolfie's, is now owned by Alex Rossi, a Springs resident. The menu will have casual tavern fare as well as more upscale options and Italian dishes some patrons might remember from his father's Upper East Side restaurant Parioli Romanissimo. For further information, the restaurant can be reached at 631-604-6944.

Doubles, the beach-themed takeaway cafe in Amagansett Square, has also opened and is serving every day from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. In addition to Caribbean favorites like roti and doubles, it is also serving fish and chicken sandwiches, smoothies, and other casual fare.
