Wolffer is Open     
The Wine Stand at Wolffer Estate in Sagaponack is open for the season for parties of eight or fewer, from noon to 8 p.m., Thursday through Sunday. The menu features food items as well as wines and ciders. Masks are required, except when seated.

Moby's Outdoors     
After suffering a fire in its basement, Moby's in East Hampton is open for outdoor dining with a limited menu Wednesdays through Sundays starting at 5 p.m. 

Tuna in Springs
This evening, the Springs Tavern has a tuna special it will serve from 5 to 9:30. Yellow fin tuna will be available seared and encrusted in black and white sesame seeds, served chilled with pickled ginger, seaweed salad and wasabi or grilled  with an organic brown rice pilaf, vegetable stir fry, and ponzu sauce. Both entrees are available for dining in or to take home.

Supper at the Club     
Sagaponack Supper Club, a pop-up restaurant offering Asian and Indian cuisine, has opened on the grounds of the Clubhouse in East Hampton on Tuesday nights. A five-course prix-fixe menu is $85 per person. Reservations can be made online through Tock.

Breakfast at K-Pasa     
K-Pasa in Sag Harbor offers breakfast daily from 8 to 11:30. The menu includes pancakes for $12, huevos rancheros, $17, a taco with scrambled eggs, peppers, cheese, and avocado at $6, and a $14 egg scramble that comes with a choice of two ingredients such as smoked salmon and roasted tomatoes, plus toast, and coconut black beans.

Have Highway at Home     
Highway Restaurant in East Hampton is offering the services of a chef and a mobile wood-fired oven for at-home events. The catering menu features pizzas, whole roasted fish, ribeye, side dishes, and dessert. Reservations and pricing are on the restaurant's website.

Chocolate Whiskey     
The Sagaponack Farm Distillery has teamed up with the North Fork Chocolate Company to offer a chocolate bar flavored with the distillery's whiskey, and one with its rhubarb liqueur. A limited quantity is available at the distillery.

Brunch in Southampton     
The Southampton Social Club will offer an elaborate brunch, with a glass of Hampton Water rose, for $35 from 1 to 4 p.m. on June 12. 

A Correction
An item about the East Hampton Farmers Market that appeared here on May 27 provided the wrong location for the market, which is held on Fridays. It takes place in Herrick Park, opposite the East Hampton Middle School, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
