Wine and Dine
Guild Hall will hold a wine dinner with Vanessa Price, a sommelier and the author of "Big Macs and Burgundy: Wine Pairings for the Real World," from 3 to 5 on Friday, May 21, at Almond in Bridgehampton. The cost is $300 for a table for two, and $40 to watch a livestream of the event. Tickets can be purchased on Guild Hall's website

Taco Tuesdays and More
The Springs Tavern has a $25 taco and margarita special on Tuesdays, and a $35 prix-fixe prime rib dinner on Thursdays. The tacos will be offered with a different filling each week, either crispy shrimp, guajillo chicken, grilled shrimp, pork rib carnitas and tempura avocado, crispy snapper, shredded chicken, or skirt steak carne asada, plus rice and beans, corn tortillas, and toppings such as shaved cabbage, avocado, pickled jalapeno, mayonnaise, salsa verde, onion, cilantro, and lime. The prime rib dinner comes with sauteed haricots verts, a glass of wine, either Caesar salad or clam chowder, and baked or mashed potato.

Opening for the Season
Duryea's Lobster Deck in Montauk will open for dine-in and takeout Thursday. Its hours are from noon to 10 p.m. on Monday and Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday through Sunday, and then daily starting Memorial Day weekend.

Vicki's Veggies farm stand in Amagansett is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

The Southampton Social Club will reopen for the season on Friday, May 21. Starting May 26 it will be open Wednesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. Reservations are required through resy.com.

A Chowder Extravaganza for Springs Food Pantry

The Springs Food Pantry’s annual Chowdah Chowdown fund-raiser will return to the Springs Tavern and Grill on Saturday afternoon with all-you-can-eat chowder and soup from local chefs, live music by Josh Brussell, a mocktail bar, and a 50-50 raffle with a cash prize.
