Brunch at Calissa
Calissa in Water Mill is offering brunch from 11:30 to 3 on Sundays. The menu features appetizers such as saganaki cheese with honey, sesame, and fig jam, and avgolemono soup with chicken, lemon, orzo, and spinach, and the entrees include lobster Benedict, shakshuka with oven-poached eggs, tomatoes, peppers, and onions, and an egg and sausage gyro.

Dinners for Takeout
The Art of Eating catering company in Bridgehampton is offering prepared dinners on Thursdays and Fridays. This week, a $27.50 fried chicken or meatloaf dinner for one with gravy, mashed potatoes, a buttermilk biscuit, and a vegetable is available Thursday. On Friday, there is a choice of ramens, either duck in mushroom broth, shrimp and bok choy in a vegetable broth, or vegetarian udon noodles with tofu, spinach, and mushrooms in a miso ginger tamari broth for $24 per pint, and $40 per quart. Orders must be placed by noon that day, and picked up between 4 and 7.
