Cookies, Delivered
Levain Bakery in Wainscott is now offering delivery of cookies, pastries, and breads within a four-mile radius. Orders can be placed daily from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. via the Door Dash website or smartphone app.

Virtual Barbecue
Roman Roth, the winemaker and co-owner of Wolffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack, and Cara Nicoletti, the founder of Seemore Meats and Veggies, a sausage purveyor, will hold a virtual barbecue next Thursday at 6 p.m. A selection of wines and sausages for four people will be shipped to those who sign up for the event. The duo will demonstrate how to prepare dishes such as roasted cherry tomato and sausage crostini, grilled radicchio and fennel salad with sausage walnut crumble, and grilled sausage-stuffed clams. The cost is $225, not including the other ingredients needed to prepare the dishes. Registration is by visiting the winery's website.

Summer Recipes
Sybille van Kempen, the owner of Loaves and Fishes Food Store in Sagaponack, has written a series of new cookbooks featuring dishes made from ingredients from local farms. The books will be released in seasonal trios, and the first three, which offer more than 20 summer recipes each, are available for $50 on the food store's website. The fall collection will be available next month.

New Dopo
Dopo Argento, a sister restaurant of Dopo La Spiaggia in East Hampton and Sag Harbor, has opened at 15 Main Street in Southampton, the site formerly occupied by Silvers. The menu features pasta dishes such as fettuccine with shrimp, mushrooms, black truffle sauce, and pecorino cheese for $32, and squid ink pasta with lobster and spicy oven-dried tomatoes for $35.
