On the Harbor

Bostwick's on the Harbor on Gann Road in East Hampton is open for indoor dining Thursday through Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m. by same-day reservation only. The restaurant is not offering takeout. Reservations must be made by calling and speaking with an employee, and customers are advised to arrive on time because reservations will not be held for longer than 10 minutes.  

In Sag Harbor

K Pasa in Sag Harbor has a new temporary outdoor dining area, a "taco and tequila garden" that is open daily from 5 to 10 p.m.

Page at 63 Main in Sag Harbor is open for indoor and outdoor dining, and takeout Wednesday through Monday. Reservations must be made by visiting opentable.com, and takeout orders can be placed by calling the restaurant between 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. for lunch, and between 5 and 6 for dinner.

Lulu Kitchen and Bar in Sag Harbor is open for indoor and outdoor dining, and to-go orders from noon to 3:30 for lunch and 5:30 to 10 for dinner. On Sunday, brunch is offered between 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. In an effort to turn over tables more quickly, the restaurant will not be offering dessert this summer. Reservations and orders can be made by visiting opentable.com. Reservations will not be held for longer than 10 minutes. 

In East Hampton

Fresno in East Hampton has four dinner specials Thursday through Tuesday. A New York strip steak with grilled zucchini, roasted potatoes, and a chimichurri sauce is $55, poached halibut with roasted beets, snap peas, and shaved fennel salad with beet vinaigrette is $46, and fettuccini with jumbo lump crab, black tobiko caviar, lemon, creme fraiche, tarragon, and toasted panko is $36.

The 1770 House is open for indoor and outdoor dining, and is offering a three-course dinner special for $75. The entrees include seared sea scallops, caviar and seaweed sauce, sprouting broccoli, and potato puree, and filet mignon a la plancha with Madeira glace, king trumpet mushrooms, fava beans, and leeks. Reservations can be made by calling the restaurant up to two days in advance. Takeout is also available nightly.

Star Academy Students Toast Smokey Buns

Smokey Buns, a conveniently located burger joint, and Scoop and Waffle, a sweet little ice cream spot, off Park Place in East Hampton, were the perfect spots for the students of The Star’s Summer Academy to have a casual meal together on a Friday afternoon and try their hands at restaurant reviewing.
