Bites for a Cause

Love Bites, the annual tasting event and benefit for Katy’s Courage, will be held on Feb. 29 from 7 to 11 p.m. at the Bridgehampton Community House. The evening will feature food from more than 20 East End chefs and restaurants including Coche Comedor, Bostwick’s, Bell and Anchor, Saaz, and Smokin’ Wolf BBQ. Music will be provided by D.J. Michael of East End Entertainment, and there will be a silent auction and a raffle for a package of golf outings.

The cost is $75 per person or $125 for two. Katy’s Courage supports pediatric cancer research, scholarships, and children’s bereavement counseling. Tickets are available on the organization’s website.

Loaves and Fishes’ Legacy

Sybille van Kempen, the owner of the Bridgehampton Inn and Loaves and Fishes Food Store, will talk about the years she spent working with her late mother, Anna Pump, who launched the family business, at noon on Wednesday at the Rogers Memorial Library in Southampton. Ms. van Kempen will provide a light lunch, and her recent cookbook will be available for purchase. Reservations, which must be made by Sunday, are by visiting the library’s website.

Tutto Special

Tutto Il Giorno in Sag Harbor is offering a $59 three-course prix fixe dinner for two from Sunday through Thursday. The menu features entrees such as poached branzino, Cornish hen, and pasta dishes including penne with tomato, eggplant, and mozzarella.
