Bo Burnham’s “Eighth Grade,” from 2018, and “Honey Bee,” a 2017 short film by Jack Kendrick, will be shown on Sunday at 11 a.m. at the Sag Harbor Cinema, followed by a panel discussion on adolescent anxiety and social media.

Diana Diamond, a psychoanalytic clinician, professor, and researcher, will moderate the talk with Laura Braider of Northwell Health’s Behavioral Health College Partnership, Nicholas Kardaras, a clinical professor at Stony Brook University, Wendy Cleary, a licensed clinical social worker and board member of Generation S.O.S., and Mr. Kendrick.

The program is part of the cinema’s Lighthouse Project, a screening and discussion series that “illuminates mental health awareness, advocacy, and action,” with film as “an entry point” into the conversation, according to a release. Tickets are free, but registration is required at bit.ly/43qwbzn. The panel discussion is expected to run from 1:15 to 2:30 p.m.
