Children at the Sag Harbor Elementary School recently collected 520 boxes of cereal to be donated to food pantries in Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton. But it was no ordinary donation drive — the children lined up the boxes into a long string of "dominoes." When the boxes fell one by one, it represented a "chain reaction of kindness," explained the school principal, Matt Malone.

"It was a lot of fun," he said, "but more importantly, we're making a donation to some of our community members in need."
