Triple Play
A musical week at Sag Harbor’s Masonic Temple will kick off Thursday at 7 with the Glam Jam, which has moved to the fourth Thursday of the month for the rest of the year. The headliner is Rebel Elle, whose frontwoman, Dlove, is described by the temple as “electrifying.” Those wishing to join the jam can sign up on arrival. Admission is a can of nonperishable food.
The temple will team up with Hamptons JazzFest for a Global Jazz Summit Friday at 7 p.m. The musicians are Michael O’Brien, bass; Steve Sandberg, piano; Oscar Feldman and Ada Rovatti, saxophone, and Claes Brondal, the M.C. and founder of JazzFest, on drums.
Admission is $20. Doors will open at 6:30 for dinner from Tapovana Lunch Box and drinks from the bar.
On tap for Saturday night at 8 is the Roses Grove Band, a Grateful Dead tribute band, which will celebrate Bob Weir, a founding member of the Dead, who died last month. Tickets are $20.
Led Zeppelin Salute
The Bay Street Theater will welcome the Surfcasters on Saturday at 8 p.m. for Dazed and Confused: A Tribute to Led Zeppelin, with numbers drawing from Led Zeppelin’s catalog, including “Whole Lotta Love,” “Stairway to Heaven,” “Kashmir,” “Dazed and Confused,” and more.
Led by Cait Fazio, a vocalist with more than 20 years of live performance experience, the band includes James Benard, a drummer who has played with G.E. Smith, Simon Kirke, and Nancy Atlas, among others; Mike LeClerc, who is also part of the Unsung Heroes, on bass, and Gus Fafalios, a member of Deep C Revival, on guitar.
Tickets are $44 to $56. The doors will open at 7 for a full-service lobby bar.
