Lovers of vinyl will be pleased to know that the Hamptons Record Fair happens on Sunday at LTV Studios in Wainscott. From noon to 6 p.m., LTV’s Studio 3 will be the site of musical exploration with vendors and artists, D.J. sets, and offerings from food trucks.

Omar Kabir, a trumpeter and jazz expert, will give a lecture titled “The Aesthetics of Vinyl Collecting.” The fair will also feature Large Professor, a hip-hop producer, as headlining artist, along with sets and appearances by D.J. Pause, WiFi OG, D.J. Delly, mfa, J-Til, and Negk. Vendors will offer vinyl for sale as the beats play on.

“Vinyl never faded, you’re just not looking for it,” Esly Escobar, an artist, fashion designer, and D.J. who will be performing Sunday, and co-producer of the fair, told The Star.

“This is for lovers of all types of music — rock, hip-hop, jazz, Latin, African, Caribbean — and all ages,” Mr. Escobar said. “Vinyl is for everyone.”
