Thu, 08/27/2020 - 09:07

The Amagansett Library continues programs via video conference. David Cataletto will give a virtual presentation on the U.S. Life-Saving Service on Sunday from 3 to 4 p.m. Participants will learn about the lifesaving stations constructed along the Amagansett and Napeague coastline, their crews, and their significance to American history from the late 1800s through World War II. The event will include a question-and-answer period.

Those wishing to participate have been asked to R.S.V.P. by sending an email to Lauren Nichols at [email protected].
