Deer Spared, Cars Towed

Thu, 02/17/2022 - 11:18

Around dinnertime on Friday, Hilla Narov, 49, driving a 2021 BMW S.U.V. south on Route 114, slowed down to let a deer cross. Sandra Hunter, who was driving a 2013 Audi behind Ms. Narov, had just looked down to adjust the volume on her radio, she told East Hampton Town police, and when she looked up it was too late to avoid rear-ending the B.M.W. Ms. Hunter, 81, complained of chest pain, but medical intervention was not called for. Both cars were towed by Bonac Buy and Sell.
