Producers Workshop at LTV

LTV Studios in Wainscott will host an after-hours edition of its ongoing Producers Workshop on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m.

The sessions, which are free to attend, are offered periodically throughout the year and include information about how residents of East Hampton and Southampton Towns can produce their own TV shows on Channel 20 and make use of the LTV filming and podcasting studios, which are at 75 Industrial Road.

Call ‘Flesh Eating’ Alarmist

The Vibrio vulnificus “flesh eating” bacterium “is not unusual in warm saltwater or brackish environments and does not necessarily indicate pollution or a widespread public health emergency,” the Southampton Town Trustees said in an advisory issued following a social media post that went viral.
