Tortilla soup is one of the Taco Tuesday specials at Fresno restaurant this fall.

Fall Specials at Fresno

Fresno restaurant in East Hampton has announced its fall specials, set to begin after Columbus Day weekend. On Sundays it will offer $1 oysters, and Mondays will feature discounted wine for its “industry night.” Taco Tuesday will continue and include a three-course prix fixe menu with a rotating selection of regional Mexican dishes, along with creative margaritas and Mexican beer pairings.

A sample menu for Taco Tuesday, subject to change, includes as appetizers seared tuna tostada with jicama slaw and avocado cream; tortilla soup; crispy fish tacos with chipotle tartar sauce, and wild mushroom quesadilla with corn salsa.

Among the main courses are grilled local fish with pineapple tomato basil salsa; chicken enchilada with rice and beans, and blue corn fried chicken with chopped salad. For dessert? Vanilla bean flan.

The restaurant will be closed on Wednesdays.

Note: After publication last week, Fresno said that its fall specials would start later than originally announced.

Passover and Easter Specials

Nick and Toni’s restaurant will have a la carte specials for Passover and a prix fixe brunch for Easter, while L&W Market offers takeout options for both holidays.
