The members of Guild Hall’s Teen Arts Council will host a fashion show on Friday, May 22, featuring sustainable clothing made from repurposed materials.

Inspired by the Guild Hall exhibition “Claire Watson: Re-Paired,” the students collaborated with the artist and volunteers from the Ladies Village Improvement Society as they worked with recycled fabrics and patchwork techniques to create “bold, wearable works,” according to the museum. “Expect the unexpected as everyday fabrics — from worn garments to found textiles — are transformed on the runway.”

The show runs from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. at Guild Hall. A reception will follow. Tickets are free and can be reserved through Guild Hall’s website.
