Cindy and Joe Realmuto will be honored at a Project Most benefit on Sunday at Moby's restaurant.

Cindy and Joe Realmuto will be the honorees at a summer benefit for Project Most on Sunday at Moby’s on Pantigo Road. The family-friendly party, to be held in the restaurant’s garden from 4 to 6 p.m., will include music by the Tim O’Connell Jazz Trio, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, ice cream from A La Mode, and live and silent auctions.

Project Most provides after-school and out-of-school enrichment programs and camps as well as child care in Montauk for infants as young as 6 weeks to preschoolers up to age 4.

The Realmutos have “been an instrumental component of Project Most since its inception,” its executive director, Rebecca Taylor, said in a release. “From teaching cooking classes and working with the kids in the after-school program to teaching kids how to grow and harvest organic produce, they have given back so much to our organization.”

Mr. Realmuto is the executive chef for the Honest Man Hospitality restaurants: Nick and Toni’s, Rowdy Hall, La Fondita, Townline BBQ, and Coche Comedor. He has been member of Project Most’s board and established its popular Empty Bowls fund-raiser, for which dozens of chefs serve up specialty soups and other treats.

Ms. Realmuto was a teaching assistant at the Springs School for many years and is now a tutor at Project Most. With her husband she prepares and donates lunches so that no child goes hungry at Springs.

Tickets cost $150 per person or $250 per couple at bit.ly/450bc6l. Partygoers who stay for dinner at Moby’s will get 10 percent off their check.
