Motown in Montauk

Rhonda Denet and the Silver Fox Songs Trio will perform a tribute to the women vocalists of Motown at the Montauk Library.

“Ladies of Motown,” which honors the women who shaped Motown’s legacy, will bring Rhonda Denet and the Silver Fox Songs Trio to the Montauk Library on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.

Ms. Denet, a soul/jazz vocalist, songwriter, and bandleader, will be accompanied by Mike Bardash, a pianist and composer, Gene Torres, a bassist, and Chuck Batton, a drummer.

The song list includes tunes made famous by the Marvelettes, Mary Wells, Martha Reeves and the Vandellas, the Supremes, Gladys Knight and the Pips, Tammi Terrell and Marvin Gaye, and others.
