A Charge of Unlicensed Driving

Wed, 02/10/2021 - 16:37

The wintry weather saw quieter roads last week and just one arrest, in East Hampton Village, where police stopped Jose Garcia Catalan of Riverhead, 43, for broken brake lights and wound up charging him with aggravated unlicensed driving. He will answer the charge in East Hampton Town Justice Court on Wednesday.

In Sag Harbor, Michael Binga-Laurent of that village was charged with operating his Toyota pickup with a suspended registration. He will appear in Sag Harbor Court before Justice Lisa R. Rana on Friday, Feb. 19.
