Holiday Menus to Go

Lulu Kitchen and Bar in Sag Harbor is offering meals to go for those who prefer to stay at home, without cooking, on New Year’s Eve. Package one includes artichoke and black truffle salad, foie gras torchon, ribeye, mac and cheese, and  truffled red wine sauce. The second package features a seafood tower, mussels, seafood pasta, and petit fours. Package three has foie gras torchon, whole roasted cauliflower, whole dry-aged duck, mac and cheese, and petits fours.

All three menus include a fresh baked baguette, kale and garlic mushrooms, and apple tarte tatin. The cost is $300 for two, $600 for four, and orders must be placed by Monday at the latest by calling 631-725-0900 or emailing [email protected].

Partying on Shelter Island

The Ram’s Head Inn on Shelter Island is offering to host private holiday parties for a minimum of 12 guests seven nights a week while space is available. The $120 tariff per person includes a cocktail hour with passed hors d’oeuvres, a three-course dinner with personalized printed menus, and a three-hour open bar.

The inn will also be open on Wednesday from 5 to 9 p.m. with a prix fixe dinner priced at $125, $150 with wine pairings, plus tax and gratuity.

Bird on the Roof restaurant in Montauk has an early bird special every night from 5 to 7. A three-course prix fixe menu of French-Japanese cuisine will be available for $50, as will $30 bottles of wine.
