New Sushi Spot
O by Kissaki, a Japanese restaurant, will open tomorrow in the space formerly occupied by Zokkon on Montauk Highway in East Hampton. The menu includes raw fish dishes such as akami tuna crudo with gochujang vinaigrette, micro shiso, shaved onion, and chili threads for $20, and kanpachi crudo with barley miso sauce, and a daikon sprout gremolata for $24. Cooked dishes include spiced beef filet with uni butter and sweet potato gratin for $38, and fried yellowtail with ginger aioli and lime for $18. Traditional maki rolls include spicy tuna for $12, shrimp tempura with yellowtail sashimi, avocado salsa, micro cilantro, and pickled red onions for $24, and baked king crab with spicy mayo, avocado, chanterelle, and asparagus tempura for $28. The restaurant will be open Wednesday through Sunday from 5 to 10 p.m. 

Kimika at Moby's
Moby's in East Hampton will offer a $75 three-course and a $105 four-course family-style fixed-price dinner featuring dishes from Kimika, a Japanese-Italian restaurant in New York City, starting at 5 p.m. on Sunday. For each, the entree is breaded eggplant katsu, plus a choice of a whole roasted fish or beef short rib, and the dessert is watermelon granita with matcha zabaglione, and candied pistachio. The $75 menu includes two appetizers, charred string beans with corn, tomatoes, pickled onions, and sesame, and heirloom tomatoes with cucumber, onion, shiso herbs, and ume plums. The $105 menu includes three appetizers, the same heirloom tomato dish, tuna tartare with scallions, cucumber, crispy rice, yuzu, and nori, and tsukemono, a dish featuring pickled cucumber, radish, and eggplant. There is also a baked pasta dish with sausage, spicy cabbage, scallions, and mozzarella. 
    
The restaurant will also offer a $35 children's menu, and a la carte items from the traditional Moby's menu. For parties of fewer than eight, reservations are by visiting resy.com, and for larger parties, by emailing [email protected]

Korean Barbecue
Yoon Haeundae Galbi, a Korean barbecue restaurant in New York City, is delivering meal kits for pickup at Hen of the Woods market in Southampton on Thursdays from 4 to 6 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. A $400 kit that feeds four includes one 40-ounce, 40-day dry-aged prime porterhouse, one eight-ounce 32-day dry-aged prime ribeye, one six-ounce American wagyu boneless short rib, three side dishes including kimchi, pickled radish, and pickled jalapeno, lettuce, condiments, and a noodle dish. Orders must be placed at exploretock.com by midnight on Tuesdays for delivery later that week.
