HIFF Celebrating International Women’s Day With Gifts and Prizes

Fri, 05/24/2019 - 13:07
"Romeo and Juliet" by Franco Zeffirelli is one film adaptation of Shakespeare's play to be examined by HIFF in its master class on March 24 at Guild Hall.

With stories of protest in Spain and Italy already making headlines, International Women’s Day is off to a bold and expressive start.

The Hamptons International Film Festival is supporting the day with a package of gifts to inspire women.

Those who enter on the festival’s website will be eligible for two tickets to HIFF’s master class on “Romeo and Juliet” adaptations in film to be held on March 24 at Guild Hall, part of the Hamptons Arts Network’s THAW Fest weekend. In addition there will be a filmmakers discovery package of tickets to the festival, which will be held from Oct. 4 to 8 this year. Finally, there will be two invitations to the annual Women’s Brunch hosted by HIFF and New York Women in Film and Television during the film festival.

Enter here by noon tomorrow (March 9) to win.
