A Montauk woman was airlifted to Stony Brook University Hospital on Jan. 22 after being hit by a car.

According to East Hampton Town police, Orla Reville-Hejducek, 50, was crossing S. Euclid Street when she was hit by a car driven by Jacquelyn Cidlowski, 78, also of Montauk. Police said Ms. Reville-Hejducek had a concussion and was semiconscious when they arrived at  3 p.m. that day.

There were apparently no contributing factors such as bad weather, according to the report, and the driver, who remained at the scene, was not issued any citations.
