A funeral Mass for Charles H. Deering of East Hampton, who died on Dec. 22, is to be celebrated on Jan. 24 at 9:45 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Smithtown. Interment will be at Green-Wood Cemetery in Brooklyn. The Branch Funeral Home in Smithtown is handling services.
Mr. Deering was 98. An obituary will appear in a future issue.
