Christine Sampson

Margaret M. Johnson, author of 13 cookbooks, including "Teatime in Ireland," will talk about teacups at the John Jermain Memorial Library in Sag Harbor on Friday from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Participants will learn about the history of tea, scone recipes, and enjoy a cup of "cream tea."

Ms. Johnson's cookbooks will be available for sale and for signing.

Also at the library, Deborah Marshall, a certified crystal healer, will lead a guided meditation at 7:30 on Thursday night and discuss "how to incorporate crystals into your life to help protect and clear your vibrational frequency."

The library's website is johnjermain.org.
