The Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons will hold the first of two trap-neuter-return clinics for feral cats on Thursday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the center on Daniel's Hole Road in Wainscott, "promoting the well-being of feral cats and reducing their overpopulation."

ARF will take its mobile spay-neuter clinic to Brookhaven Town next Thursday. Both clinics are free of charge, but appointments must be made ahead of time. There is a limit of three cats per person attending. The phone number for appointments is 631-537-0400, extension 202.
