Volunteers Sought

Wed, 11/27/2019 - 14:16

The social justice committee of Temple Adas Israel in Sag Harbor is seeking volunteers to assist Maureen’s Haven in caring for the homeless, the Organizacion Latino-Americana, or OLA, in providing transportation to doctor’s appointments for those without cars, and the Bridgehampton Child Care and Recreational Center in providing a safe educational environment for kids while their parents are at work.

The committee is also asking for donations to the Sag Harbor Community Food Pantry, and for help collecting produce from local farms for the pantry. Andi Klausner, a co-chairwoman of the committee, can be emailed at asklausner@gmail.com for more information or to volunteer.
