Vietnamese Summer Rolls are one of the delectables from the Art of Eating, whose food truck is available for off-premise events.

Art of Eating has announced that its food truck is available for off-premises events, including weddings, birthday parties, and graduation parties, among others.

Available items, which are subject to change, are crispy harissa-spiced buttermilk chicken sandwiches, Vietnamese summer rolls, house-pickled onions and vegetables pulled short rib, Trinidadian doubles, lobster rolls, a classic Greek salad, and coconut-ginger marinated chicken fingers.
