Sagaponack Supper Club, a pop-up restaurant serving "Bangkok street food," is operating on the grounds of the Clubhouse in East Hampton on Tuesday nights. The restaurant has a five-course menu for $85 per person featuring what it describes as "bold Southeast Asian and Indian flavors" created by the chef Trevor Lombaer. Outdoor tables for two to 12 can be reserved by searching the restaurant's name on the Tock website. 
    
The supper club is now also offering takeout on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders must be placed by 6 p.m. The weekly menu can be found at Tock, and orders can be placed online. Among this week's selections are crispy vegetable spring rools for $12, a pad thai entree for $22, and sea bass vindaloo for $34. 
 

A Chowder Extravaganza for Springs Food Pantry

The Springs Food Pantry’s annual Chowdah Chowdown fund-raiser will return to the Springs Tavern and Grill on Saturday afternoon with all-you-can-eat chowder and soup from local chefs, live music by Josh Brussell, a mocktail bar, and a 50-50 raffle with a cash prize.

East Hampton Village announced this week that the current occupant of the village-owned concession at the Main Beach pavilion, Susan Seekamp’s Beach Hut on Main, won the bid to continue operating for five more years.
