New at Lobster Inn
Jesse Matsuoka, an owner of Sen and K-Pasa restaurants in Sag Harbor, will open Manna at Lobster Inn at the site of the former Lobster Inn in Southampton on Memorial Day weekend. The 198-seat waterfront space will offer indoor and outdoor seating, and a bar and lounge area, and will be open daily for lunch, brunch, and dinner. The menu will feature appetizers such as shrimp scampi, and charred Cobb salad, and entrees such as lobster rolls, sushi, and a twist on carbonara pasta that includes trout roe instead of pancetta. Appetizers will range in price from $9 to $12, and entrees from $24 to $32.

Vegan Special
Provisions Natural Foods Market in Water Mill will offer new vegan menu items this summer including an $18 open-faced sandwich with Ezekiel bread, vegan cheddar cheese, tomato, sprouts, pickled banana peppers, avocado, and vegan mayo and balsamic vinegar, and an $18 salad with kale and romaine lettuce, red quinoa, avocado, jalapenos, chia seeds, hummus, and tomato.

Open for the Season
The Sag Harbor Farmers Market opens for the season on Saturday, and will be held weekly from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Bay Street.

The restaurant at the Surf Lodge in Montauk is now open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.

Wolffer Tastings
The Wolffer Estate Tasting Room in Sagaponack is offering daily wine tastings and small bites for two to eight people for $120 per person plus gratuity. Reservations can be made on the winery's website.

At Nick and Toni's
Nick and Toni's in East Hampton has a weekly two-course dinner for two takeout special. The menu available through Sunday includes a baby kale and endive salad with cucumber, chickpeas, radishes, and pepperoncini in a Muscadelle vinaigrette, and spinach and ricotta cannelloni for $50, or the same salad with chicken Milanese for $60. A peanut butter torte for two is an additional $18.

Popping Up Bagels
Pop Up Bagels, a service that offers weekly or biweekly delivery of bagels, smoked fishes, and cream cheese and other spreads, will be available on the East End starting Memorial Day weekend. For more information, and to subscribe, visit popupbagels.com.
