St. Pat's Food Class
Slow Food East End will hold an online class on cooking a Saint Patrick's Day dinner at 6 p.m. on Sunday. Peter Berley, a chef who teaches cooking workshops at his South Jamesport home, will prepare braised lamb shanks with Black Duck Porter beer from Greenport Harbor Brewing Company, wholemeal Irish soda bread, spicy smashed turnips, and apple-cabbage salad. The cost is $50. Tickets can be purchased on eventbrite.com.

New Specials at Main St.
Main Street Tavern in Amagansett has several new nightly dinner specials on offer. Chicken pot pie is $28 on Mondays, tacos are $20 on Tuesdays (the ingredients will change weekly), barbecued pork ribs with coleslaw is $28 on Wednesdays, and half a roast chicken with roasted root vegetables, crispy potatoes, chicken gravy, and popovers is $34 on Sundays, both for lunch and dinner. 

Ayurvedic at Your Door
Tapovana South Indian Cafe in Bridgehampton offers delivery of Ayurvedic cuisine for lunch and dinner. A $16 lunch that includes palak paneer, lemon rasam, brown rice with cumin, spiced date chutney, and cucumber raita is available from noon to 2 Monday through Friday. This Saturday, the cafe offers a $45 dinner of pineapple beet salad, spiced spinach, coconut carrot dal, sesame rice, chapati, apple pear chutney, and cucumber raita. Delivery is free for orders of two or more for both lunch and dinner; otherwise the cost is $10. Orders must be placed by noon by texting 631-678-3905.

Rowdy Hall in Amagansett is celebrating 30 years in business by launching a 1 Percent for the East End Giving Campaign, in which the locally owned restaurant will donate 1 percent of its monthly revenue to a rotating local charity serving the East End throughout 2026.
