Ruby Yassen has been named the valedictorian of Pierson High School’s class of 2020, and Chase Allardice its salutatorian.
Both Ruby and Chase are lifelong, high-achieving Sag Harbor School District students and International Baccalaureate diploma candidates. Chase is an accomplished musician, and Ruby is a dedicated equestrian.
Chase has been accepted on scholarship to the Berklee College of Music in Boston but has not made a final college choice yet. Ruby has several options as well, including the University of California at Los Angeles, and hopes to study film or journalism.
