At the Springs School, the PTA is hosting a Sunday, Dec. 20, fund-raiser in which families and businesses are being asked to set up holiday decorations in the parking lot. There will also be a Toys for Tots gift collection.
Dubbed Springstacular, the decorations will anchor a drive-through holiday celebration that will span the length of the "car line," the infamous drop-off and pick-up queue that takes place every day at the school.
A donation of $50 is suggested for each person or business that wants to take a parking spot to decorate. Donations from viewers are also welcomed, as are toys for a Toys for Tots gift drive. Those interested can send an email to [email protected] to receive more information.
