Jennifer Buscemi, a previous full-time business administrator for the Sag Harbor School District who later became a consultant to the district, will return in a full-time capacity starting Dec. 1.
The school board on Monday unanimously appointed Ms. Buscemi to a new contract through June 30, 2023, at a starting salary of $215,000 plus benefits.
Jeff Nichols, the district superintendent, said by email yesterday that the open position was publicly posted from Oct. 7 through Oct. 21, and the district received eight applications.
