Ashleigh Katharine Bennett and Thomas Gerard Todd IV were married on Oct. 11 at the Vineyards at Aquebogue. William Ferrell performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Russell and Fiona Bennett of Amagansett. The groom’s parents are Sheri Groeschel of Modesto, Calif., and Thomas Todd III of Massapequa.
Ms. Bennett is the deputy managing editor of the Hearst Corporation’s Town & Country magazine and Elle Decor. She earned a bachelor’s degree in creative writing from the State University at Purchase. Mr. Todd is director of content for King Trivia and earned his B.A. from the University of California at Santa Cruz. They met at a bar in Vermont. On their wedding day, the bride was attended by her sibling, Dallas Bennett, and her friends Jenna Rocker, Ashley Schilling, and Karolina Wernek. Flowers were done by the bride’s mother, and centerpieces were by Verbena Designs.
Mr. Todd’s groomsmen were his friends Peter Halldorf, Geoffrey Trautman, Daniel Zarchy, and Jacob May. Levon Hudson and Dylan Chapgier served as “flower men,” and Porter Halldorf was the ringbearer.
The couple live in New York City.
