A pickup truck and a Subaru collided last Thursday morning at the Wainscott Northwest Road turnoff from Route 114, the Sag Harbor Turnpike.

Christopher Tucci of East Hampton, 47, driving the 2019 Chevrolet truck, was turning left from the turnpike onto the road; Dustin Rex of Brooklyn, 33, in the 2006 Subaru, was turning left from the road onto the turnpike. Mr. Rex failed to see the oncoming truck, he told police.

Mr. Tucci complained of head pain, and was taken by East Hampton ambulance to Southampton Hospital to be treated for a possible concussion.
