Intruder Arrested

A 72-year-old man was arrested Saturday in his neighbor’s house on a criminal trespassing charge.

The homeowner, whom police did not name, arrived at her Richardson Avenue house in Springs last Thursday afternoon to find Peter E. Rellstab, who lives a few doors down, coming up from the basement. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance following arraignment on Sunday.
