Jerry P. Keeler of Springs died on Oct. 6 at the Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Southampton. He was 86. Mr. Keeler was “known for his gift of gab,” friends said. Born on March 17, 1939, he is survived by a brother, Peter Keeler of Brooklyn. A memorial service will be planned for next year.
