A memorial service for Andrew S. Rothman of Manhattan and Springs will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at the Sanctuary at All Souls Unitarian Church at 1157 Lexington Avenue in Manhattan. Family and friends will celebrate his life following the service at Toloache restaurant at 166 East 82nd Street and then watch the N.C.A.A. basketball tournament at the Third Avenue Ale House at 1644 Third Avenue.

Mr. Rothman, who was 62, died of metastatic melanoma at home in New York on Monday. An obituary will appear in a future issue.
